You've enhanced my cooking skills and expanded my horizons! I've learned so much. They are thrilled that I found this site since they directly benefit from it! After all these years I'm trying to get all my index cards and clippings, that still sound interesting to me, posted here so that I can find them and eventually make them! I've posted some of my Mom's recipes. Reheat in the microwave for a minute or two before serving.I've collected recipes since I was a teen. Store any leftover roasted acorn squash in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. This is a timesaver, but you can always deseed a fresh pomegranate for this as well. I usually purchase my pomegranate seeds (arils) prepackaged at the grocery store in the produce section. Veggies: Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
